Shipping

We’re thrilled to let you know that we offer free standard shipping on your order and it will be delivered straight to your doorstep within 2-4 working days. We hope this helps make your shopping experience with us even more enjoyable.

If you’re in a rush, we’ve got you covered with our next-day delivery service. It only costs £4.99, as long as you place your order before 2 PM.

Payments

We’re happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. Rest easy knowing that your card won’t be charged until your order is completed. And if you’re in a hurry, we offer a Fast Checkout option that ensures everything is processed securely.

If you prefer, you can use PayPal to pay for your order and you won’t be charged until it’s completed. To sign up for a PayPal account, just go to paypal.com. It’s super easy!

We’re happy to make shopping easier for you with our pay later option. You can use either Klarna or PayPal PayLater to complete your purchase.

At Noir, we care about keeping your personal information safe and secure. That’s why we only use Stripe secure servers Payment for all purchases made on our platform, which ensures that your transactions are encrypted with the most advanced security measures available. You can easily identify these protected connections by looking for the “https” URL prefix and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar. To provide extra protection for your credit card purchases, we always ask you to enter your CVV code for every order. Your credit card provider may also require you to authorize payment by entering a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method. Our Payments team may run anti-fraud checks before approving transactions, and they may reach out to you for more information to confirm your order. Please know that we’re dedicated to maintaining the highest level of security and protection for all of our customers.

Returns

If you happen to have bought something from Noir Store and you’re not happy with it, worry not! You have a whole 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item. Let me walk you through the process:

If you need to return an item, we’ve got you covered! Just fill out our Return Form or head to Your Account and request a refund. We promise to work with you to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Thanks for your help!

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please make sure it’s in its original condition with all tags and packaging included. We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you, but unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns that don’t meet these requirements.

Once you’ve packed up your item, stick the pre-paid return label on the bag or box and send it to your nearest Evri parcel-shop. Keep in mind that all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

It usually takes 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for us to process your return after it reaches our warehouse. If everything checks out, we’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. However, if your return doesn’t meet our requirements, we won’t be able to process your refund. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your goods, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • For a smooth and efficient return process, we ask that you send the items back within 14 days of receiving them, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of underwear, lingerie, and swimwear due to health and hygiene reasons, while beauty products, accessories, and fashion facemasks are ineligible for return.

 

If we suspect any fraudulent activity, such as claims related to items that were never received or the return of used or mismatched products, we may need to hold back on refunds and prevent you from placing future orders. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you believe we’ve made an error. We’ll be more than happy to discuss the matter with you and find a solution together.

Refunds

We aim to make refund quick and easy for you. We accept returns within 3 business days of arrival at our logistics center. During peak times, it may take up to 7 business days, but we’ll keep you updated with a confirmation email. Once we accept your return, we’ll promptly request reimbursement and notify you.

Rest assured that our bank will promptly reimburse you within 7 business days of receiving the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. We understand the importance of a timely refund and will ensure that the process is completed as quickly as possible. The duration it takes for the credit to reflect in your account depends solely on the Credit Card Issuer, but rest assured that we will do our part in a timely manner.

We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, but rest assured that you will see the funds back in your PayPal account within 24 hours after receiving the Return Confirmation email. Our team works hard to ensure that the refund process is smooth and hassle-free for our valued customers like you. Thank you for your patience and trust in our services.

We kindly inform you that refunds are typically processed by Klarna within 5 working days after we receive the returned goods at our warehouse.
